Snow in Germany!

Our house
The kids slid down the slide and the slope in our yard.

Brayden's lips are still blue from the push pop he ate while we watched the movie High School Musical 3. The color is still there even today because he bites and picks at his lips, so they are always extremely chapped.

Kayla loved throwing snowballs!

Spencer experienced many new technical difficulties with snow. We only had boots that were 4 sizes too large, so we stuffed them with 2 pairs of my wool socks, but still discovered that those absolutely wouldn't work because they went up past his knees and he couldn't get up. We then put my wool socks over his normal tennis shoes and amazingly that worked and his shoes stayed pretty dry, even after an hour of playing in the snow. He then had the problem that his snow gloves kept falling off, and he would cry every time his bare hand touched the cold snow. Allen finally tightened the strap of the gloves over his coat and they stopped falling off. The snow usually melts really fast here so we made sure we went out and played in it, but it hasn't melted much, and it's still snowing!

Spencer is Adorable!

Spencer is just so cute that I have to take pictures of him. I love him in Kayla's pink sunglass, and I love his rolls in the bath tub. He is such a chubby little guy! He looks like he's trying to be like a big kid wearing a backpack and yet he has his teddy bear in his hand. Spencer is so cute!

School Pictures

My kids school pictures are so cute. I thought it was due to the amazing photographer until I talked to other moms that said their kids pictures didn't turn out so cute and were complaining about the entire school picture process.

Halloween

Halloween was a busy day. Brayden bobbed for apples at the Commissary after his gymnastics class, we carved pumkins, went to the school carnival and then went trick or treating in an off base American housing neighborhood. Kayla was dressed as the little mermaid, Brayden was dressed as Speed Racer and Spencer was Pooh. There's also pictures of Kayla with butterfly face paint and a mask from school.

Barcelona, Spain

It was pouring rain the day we went to Barcelona, but we figured it was better than spending the whole day in our hotel. We drove by a lot of the sights instead of getting out to see them. It was really crazy to drive a car in Barcelona. Every other street was one way and on the bigger streets you could only turn right or cross at a light or roundabout. We saw the Arc de Triumph, the statue of Christopher Columbus, the Hall of Music, the Temple of the Sacred family, the 1992 olympic stadium, a couple of crazy looking famous buildings by Gaudi, and a very odd skyscraper. We really enjoyed our trip to Spain and ended our trip by going to a Flamenco dancer show (but didn't take any pictures there). Our kids were generally really good, and we all had a great time.

Funny Spencer Pictures

Spencer sticks his tongue out a lot and laughs at himself all the time. There's a really funny picture of Spencer with Honey Smacks on his nose.

The Indoor Pool

Our kids could have played in the indoor pool all day. The water was only 3 or 4 feet deep in the entire pool, so the kids had a blast playing in the pool.
