Snow in Germany!

Our house
The kids slid down the slide and the slope in our yard.

Brayden's lips are still blue from the push pop he ate while we watched the movie High School Musical 3. The color is still there even today because he bites and picks at his lips, so they are always extremely chapped.

Kayla loved throwing snowballs!

Spencer experienced many new technical difficulties with snow. We only had boots that were 4 sizes too large, so we stuffed them with 2 pairs of my wool socks, but still discovered that those absolutely wouldn't work because they went up past his knees and he couldn't get up. We then put my wool socks over his normal tennis shoes and amazingly that worked and his shoes stayed pretty dry, even after an hour of playing in the snow. He then had the problem that his snow gloves kept falling off, and he would cry every time his bare hand touched the cold snow. Allen finally tightened the strap of the gloves over his coat and they stopped falling off. The snow usually melts really fast here so we made sure we went out and played in it, but it hasn't melted much, and it's still snowing!

Yeah for snow! We are so jealous! Brent keeps waiting and waiting for the magical white stuff. He is dying to go skiing of course. It looks like you are all happy and loving life in Germany. We miss you. Take care.
