Spencer turned 4 just after we arrived back in the US. We were still
staying at the base hotel in San Antonio, so we decided go to the water park,
Schlitterbahn, for his birthday. He had donuts for breakfast, some fun presents, and a store bought cake that he chose because of the fun balloons on it.
